EB-1  Process

The EB-1 category is for individuals with extraordinary ability, outstanding professors or researchers, or multinational executives and managers.

The process includes:

Eligibility Determination: You must meet high standards of achievement, such as recognized awards, published work, or leadership roles.

Filing Form I-140: Submit a petition with evidence of your qualifications. For the "Extraordinary Ability" subcategory, you can self-petition without a job offer.

Adjustment of Status/Consular Processing: Once the I-140 is approved, you can apply for a green card through Form I-485 (if in the U.S.) or consular processing (if abroad).

The EB-1 process requires detailed evidence and strong legal arguments. Attorney guidance can significantly improve the chances of approval by ensuring that the petitions meet the stringent standards of USCIS.
